After Registering..
Once you register, we will review and open two accounts for you. Both accounts require you to confirm within 24 hours of receiving the link to your email, before it expires.
- The first account will enable you to access the Sales Agent Dashboard. This is where the record of the sales you have made on Digitonia.co.ke and commissions earned will be tracked and recorded. You will receive an email from digitonia.co.ke. More information on how to navigate both accounts will be found under the “announcements” tab of this dashboard.
- The second account will be for the Free Digital Marketing Course. A program sponsored by Microsoft and ITC/ILO dubbed “Women in Digital Business”, and facilitated by Buzz Online Agency. It comprises a foundation program in digital skills, encompassing five modules that teach women entrepreneurs how to position themselves effectively in the digital economy. Though the target audience is women, men can also do the course. You will receive an email from itcilo.org
Getting to the Sales Agent Dashboard
You will receive log-in details in your email with a link to change your password. Please confirm this link within 24 hours of receiving it. You can also find your account log-in link at the footer of the website under “Create Account or Login”
Input the username and password sent to your email on the login page. Tick the “I’m not a robot” notification and click Login.
The account page is where you will see any orders you have made on the website. However, if you have registered as a sales agent, you will see another button written “Go to Sales Agent Dashboard”. Here you will see the clients who have completed orders under your agent ID, and the commissions you have received. More details on the sales agent program will be found under the announcements tab in the sales agent dashboard.
Accessing the Free Digital Skills Course
Once your course account has been created, you will receive a link to email that you need to confirm within 24 hours. Once you confirm the account, click on “forget password” to change the password to one you will remember.
Under the training programs, click on “Foundation Programme on Digital Skills” and proceed to the first module. Once you have done all 5 Modules and submitted the tasks, a certificate will be issued in the name you used to register the account.
